TERMS & CONDITIONS
Washington translation strives to be competitively priced while keeping quality that ¡°budget¡± translation firms can not achieve using their translator base. All Washington translation's translators are accredited and bound to non-disclosure agreements. Their credentials are available upon request.
A) The charges for translation and desktop publishing are based on the word count, page count, and format of the source documents, etc.
B) The charges are based upon Washington translation returning the completed material via e-mail/FTP or express mail.
C) Washington translation would prefer that the completed translation be reviewed to make sure that the work is completely satisfactory. Upon the completion of the review, Washington translation will make the necessary changes swiftly and return the completed work to the client at no additional cost, provided there are no changes to the original English document/material.
D) It is understood that the client will make any glossaries of terminology available to Washington translation. However, if the glossaries were not available, any reference material would be helpful to us.
E) The translation will be assigned to a full-time mother tongue translator who has the appropriate technical background and expertise.
F) Clients will be advised of the delivery time for the translation and desktop publishing of their projects prior to the commencement of the translation. Alternative delivery times can be arranged if necessary. They may incur an additional rush charge.
G) Delivery will be made; free of charge, within a previously agreed time scale, by whatever means is appropriate.
H) The charges and other terms detailed in the proposal are binding upon Washington translation and are valid for a period of 30 days from the initial quote date.
I) The agreement page must be sign and faxed/emailed back to Washington translation prior to commencement of the translation assignment. |
